This e-learning course is structured reading materials (part 1) and videos material (part 2). You can use the introduction to the course document to keep track of all the materials present into the course.
Part 1 – Reading material
In this section, a theoretical presentation is supplied with that you will learn the theory behind WEISS. In particular, you will learn how WEISS computes gross emissions, the algorithm used to compute and simulate the transport of pollutants to water surfaces.
In other hands, a tutorial presentation summarizes all the video tutorials, the main important part of this course, and with that you can easily keep track of them.
Part 2 – Video Material
Duration time: 24:58 min
This section is the core of the course. Four videos will be available in particular:
Video 1 – Emission sources. With this tutorial you will learn how to fill an empty Weiss’ project out with emission sources.
Video 2 – Diffuse sources. With this tutorial you will learn how to fill an empty Weiss’ project out with diffuse sources.
Video 3 – Adding new point sources. This tutorial shows you how to add another reference years and importing a new list of E-PRTR point sources
Video 4 - Computing and analysing results. In the end with this video tutorial you will learn how to compute, analyse and visualize the results.
